Shock-Crete® HD

Liquid nitrogen resistant, trowel applied cementitious urethane mortar (1/4″-3/8″ / 6-10 mm). Contains antimicrobial additives that protect it from degradation caused by microorganisms. Demonstrates excellent resistance to thermal shock, mechanical damage, and chemical attack.

Recommended Thickness:

  • 1/4″ – 3/8″
  • Environments with more aggressive chemical or thermal conditions will require higher thicknesses. Contact a Dudick representative for a recommendation.

Coverage Rate:

  • 19-21 ft² per unit at 1/4″ (6mm)
  • 15 ft² per unit at 3/8″ (10mm)
  • For thicknesses greater than 1″ (25mm) it can be extended with pea gravel. Add 16 lbs. (7.3 kg) of pea gravel per unit to yield 0.57 cubic feet (0.02 cubic meters).
