  • Features:

    • Tolerant to moisture vapor transmission (2 / 2)
    • Densifies concrete surface
    • Low VOC
    • Low Odor
    • Meets SCAQMD Rule 1113 for VOC content
    • VOC Compliant with LEED 4.1

    Description:

A low VOC, deep penetrating epoxy primer for dense concrete. It is used to increase adhesion and reduce the potential for outgassing on concrete substrates. Can be used to densify the surface of concrete.

  • Features:

    • Meets all VOC Requirements
    • 100% Solids
    • Can be seeded with Sand or Aluminum Oxide for Anti-Skid.

    Description:

A 100% solids, flake-filled epoxy resin to protect concrete and metal substrates. The epoxy binder and overlapping flake fillers provide the low permeability, high film integrity, and excellent chemical resistance required for prolonged substrate protection.

  • Features:

    • Resistance to vibration
    • impact
    • shock
    • and thermal cycling
    • May be used to repair polyurethane linings
    • Flexible
    • Chemical Resistant
    • VOC Compliant

    Description:

A two-component, high solids, elastomeric, chemically resistant polysulfide coating.

  • Features:

    • Meets all VOC requirements
    • Low Odor
    • Reinforced to bridge small surface cracks
    • Can be broadcast for anti-skid

    Description:

A high-performance, highly chemical resistant lining for protection of metal and concrete. It is well suited for chemical manufacturing or processing operations. Used as a component of a system with fiberglass reinforcement, the separate elements lose their individual identity and become a single, monolithic lining.

  • Features:

    • Excellent chemical resistance
    • Good abrasion resistance
    • Can be applied at high film thicknesses to ceilings and walls
    • USDA Compliant
    • Anti-Microbial Agents are available as an option
    • Low emitting material
    • Low VOC
    • Low installation odor

    Description:

A high-solids, multi-functional epoxy coating for walls and ceilings. The unique hybrid binder provides high film integrity, and excellent chemical resistance required for prolonged substrate protection. It can be spray applied to a high film build in one or two coats to achieve a monolithic barrier for protecting substrates in aggressive environments.

  • Features:

    • Contributes toward satisfying credit for low emitting material under LEED 4.1
    • Meets California Department of Public Health CDPH/EHLB Standard Method Version 1.2 2017. Compliance Certificates Available Upon Request
    • Meets SCAQMD Rule 1113 for VOC content
    • Water/Vapor Proofing
    • Fast Setting
    • VOC Compliant
    • Reduces water from 10 lbs./1000 ft² to < 3lbs
    • Allows for over coating with epoxies & other polymers
    • Non-porous
    • Bonds to concrete pH 7-14
    • Semi-Self leveling

    Description:

An aggregate filled polyurethane moisture control system that develops cure strength approximately 2 times that of the concrete base to which it is applied. The monolithic topping exhibits excellent physical and mechanical strength as well as moisture vapor reduction.
