Description:
A UV resistant, 100% solids, two component, heavy duty, semi-rigid polyurea joint sealant designed for filling and protecting control joints and saw cut construction joints in industrial and commercial floors. Developed to fill typical construction joints in order to protect joint edges from spalling and to seal open joints. Using Carboseal Flex Joint will create a longer lasting floor and reduce the areas where bacteria can hide and grow. It has the unique benefit of being able to be shaved within minutes or up to 24 hours later.

Features:
- Tolerant to moisture vapor transmission (2 / 2)
- Meets most VOC Requirements
- Low Odor
- User Friendly
Description:
A high solids epoxy primer for steel and concrete. It is used to increase adhesion and reduce the potential for outgassing on concrete substrates. It can also be used to prevent abrasive blasted steel from developing rust bloom prior to the application of a coating or lining system.
-
Features:
- Tolerant to moisture vapor transmission (2 / 2)
- Densifies concrete surface
- Low VOC
- Low Odor
- Meets SCAQMD Rule 1113 for VOC content
- VOC Compliant with LEED 4.1
Description:
A low VOC, deep penetrating epoxy primer for dense concrete. It is used to increase adhesion and reduce the potential for outgassing on concrete substrates. Can be used to densify the surface of concrete.

Features:
- Tolerant to moisture vapor transmission (2 / 2)
- Meets most VOC Requirements
- Low Odor
- User Friendly
Description:
A high solids conductive epoxy primer for concrete, used in place of traditional primers when the coating or lining system must be holiday tested. It is also used as part of conductive flooring systems, intended to dissipate stray electrical current by running excess current to ground. In both uses, it increases adhesion and reduces the potential for outgassing on concrete substrates.

- Suitable for use in USDA inspected facilities
- Breathable for concrete with high moisture vapor transmission
- when used as part of an all waterbased system
Description:
A water-based epoxy finish that is easy to apply and has very good chemical resistance. Sanitile 555 VOC has minimal odor and is less than 100 g/L VOC. It has significant improvements in film hardness and toughness over straight acrylic or acrylic-epoxy coatings and is more chemically and physically resistant. It is therefore ideal for more aggressive exposures on walls and structural components than acrylic-modified epoxies. It may also be used for light to moderate duty floors.
