Description:
Semstone 870 is a high performance, vinyl ester lining system designed for concrete. Semstone 870 is formulated to be more flexible than typical vinyl esters to tolerate more concrete movement. It is a semi-leveling coating which may be applied as an aggregate filled and/or reinforced coating system. Semstone 870 is specially formulated to withstand some of industry’s most aggressive chemicals, including a broad range of organic chemicals.

Description:
Semstone Fabric 100 is a non-woven geotextile made from polypropylene fibers. The polypropylene fibers are essentially chemically and biologically inert which offers good chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, oils and most solvents. When saturated with either Semstone 805 or Semstone 806 the result is a chemically resistant, flexible, reinforced membrane system well suited for sealing expansion joints or bridging working cracks in concrete.

Features:
Description:
Scrim Cloth is a woven, Type “E”, borosilicate glass fiber reinforcing fabric, specially designed for Semstone Systems. The glass filament fibers are bundled and woven at right angles to each other, which affords bidirectional strength. When Scrim Cloth is incorporated in a Semstone Epoxy, Novolac or Vinyl Ester coating/lining system, impact resistance, tensile strength and fatigue resistance of the system is increased.
